  • "Account":The user profile registered on the platform.
  • "Content":All lessons, videos, games, quizzes, and educational materials available on the platform.
  • "Company":Lenabtaker for Technology and Educational Services, Amman, Jordan.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the platform, you confirm:

  • That you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
  • If you are a parent, you grant your explicit consent for your child's use of the platform.
  • That the information you provided during registration is true and accurate.
  • That you commit to complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your country.

Account Creation & Eligibility

User Eligibility
  • The student user must be between 12 and 17 years old.
  • Students under 18 must obtain parental consent before registering.
  • Users from schools and educational institutions must be authorized by their administrations.
Account Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
  • Sharing login credentials with anyone else is prohibited.
  • You must notify us immediately upon suspecting any unauthorized access to your account.

Permitted Use

  • Sharing progress and achievements with parents and teachers.
  • Interacting with educational content and participating in activities.
Prohibited Use
  • Copying, distributing, or publishing any platform content without prior written permission.
  • Using the platform for commercial or non-educational purposes.
  • Attempting to access other users' data.
  • Publishing offensive, inappropriate, or misleading content.
  • Using automated software or bots to access the platform.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the platform is protected by intellectual property laws:

  • Copyrights for all lessons, videos, graphics, and educational materials are exclusively owned by or licensed to the Company.
  • Subscribing to the platform does not grant any ownership rights over the content.
  • Content may only be used for personal educational purposes.
  • It is prohibited to represent any content as your own production or claim ownership of it.

Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription
  • Different subscription plans are available for families, schools, and institutions.
  • Access to services begins upon payment confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the control panel.
  • Fees for the current paid period are non-refundable after use.
  • In case of technical failures on our part preventing access for more than 72 hours, users may request compensation for the affected period.

  • The Company reserves the right to modify prices with at least 30 days prior notice.

Limitations of Liability
  • The platform is provided "as is" and may experience temporary interruptions for maintenance purposes.

  • The Company does not guarantee the achievement of specific financial results from using the platform.

Termination of Service

By the User
  • You can terminate your account at any time from account settings.
  • Data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.
By the Company
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
  • The user will be notified of the suspension decision with reasons and the possibility to appeal.
  • In cases of serious violation, immediate termination without prior notice may occur.

Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. In case of material amendments:

  • We will notify you via your registered email address at least 30 days before the amendment takes effect.
  • A clear notice will appear on the platform.
  • Your continued use of the platform after the amendment takes effect constitutes implicit acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
  • In case of any dispute, an amicable resolution will first be sought within 30 days of notification.
  • If an amicable resolution is not possible, the dispute will be referred to the competent courts of Amman, Jordan.
  • These provisions do not limit any non-waivable legal rights under Jordanian law.
